If, after consultation with the practice, there is a suspicion that you have a bladder inflammation, this can be investigated further by means of a urine test.
For this you can use this bladder inflammation form. To make use of the form you must be registered at our practice. After completing and submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email at the provided email address.
You also have to hand in fresh, 'washed pee' at the reception the same day between 08.00 and 12.00 hours. For this you do not have to make an appointment.
The assistant immediately checks the urine and can, if necessary, provide medication for you in consultation with the general practitioner.
Only make use of this form if you are a woman, if you are over the age of 16 years and if you have no fever.
If it concerns a child, if you are a man or if you have fever: then call the GP practice assistant to make an appointment at the practice. When you come to the appointment please bring your urine.
