When you call us you will hear a selection menu:
- in case of an serious emergency situation, choose option 1
- to request a repeat prescription, choose option 2
- to speak to an employee, choose option 3 or stay on the line
If you want to speak to the GP practice assistants, we ask you to call us in the morning, between 08.00 and 12.00 hours or in the afternoon between 14.00 and 15.00 hours.
Please do not misuse the emergency option!
For real emergency situations you can of course call us all day. For this choose option 1 in the phone menu.
