At GP practice Dapperbuurt you can cancel an appointment with the GP, GP practice assistant or POH by telephone.
For this you can contact the practice Monday until Friday from 08.00 until 12.00 hours or from 14.00 until 15.00 hours via number 020 665 1411 (option 3). If you are unable to contact us at these times, please contact us in the afternoon.
If you are unable to appear on an appointment, we ask you to cancel it as soon as possible so we can help someone else at that time and, if necessary, schedule a new appointment with you.
- You have to cancel an appointment with a GP, GP practice assistant or the POH-S at least 1 working day before the start.
- You have to cancel an appointment with a GP for a small surgical procedure at least 2 working days before the start.
- You have to cancel an appointment with the POH-GGZ at least 2 working days before the start.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment in time, we will unfortunately have to charge a no-show fee. The amount of the no-show fee depends on the time reserved and is not reimbursed by your health insurer.
We hope we have to use this as less as possible; if you cancel in time we rather make a new appointment with you right away and are able to help another patient!
