In case you have an appointment with our practice which you can not attend we ask you to cancel the appointment as soon as possible so we can help someone else at that time and, if necessary, schedule a new appointment with you.
- You have to cancel an appointment with a GP, GP practice assistant or the POH-S at least 1 working day before the start.
- You have to cancel an appointment with a GP for a surgical procedure at least 2 working days before the start.
- You have to cancel an appointment with the POH-GGZ at least 2 working days before the start.
To cancel an appointment you can contact the practice by telephone Monday until Friday from 08.00 until 12.00 hours or from 14.00 until 15.00 hours via number 020 665 1411 (option 3). If you are unable to contact us at these times, please contact us in the afternoon.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment in time, we will unfortunately have to charge a no-show fee.
The no-show fee is in accordance with the guidelines of the National GP Association (LHV). The amount is, depending on the time reserved for you, 20 to 30 euros.
The invoice of the no-show fee is sent to your personal address and is not reimbursed by your health insurance.
